Project Overview
An intelligent, cross-platform health-tech processing engine designed for both online e-commerce channels (medplusmart.com) and physical retail pharmacy storefronts (POS/Kiosk applications). The system uses advanced Computer Vision, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Medical Natural Language Processing (NLP) to instantly scan handwritten or digital prescriptions and auto-populate checkout carts. If the AI encounters ambiguous doctor handwriting, the system instantly routes the specific undecoded segment to an internal manual decoding team to complete the order via automated customer confirmation loops.
